Applications Overview

Reliability-centered Maintenance

Our base-line approach follows a process of assessing critical machinery conditions to determine the maintenance requirements for your entire enterprise. We implement proven Reliability-centered Maintenance (RCM) strategies using Condition-based Maintenance (CBM) solutions to improve conditional awareness of your enterprise wide assets at all maintenance levels.

Condition-based Operations & Maintenance Programs for Enterprise Applications

ESRG, LLC is currently assisting the United States Navy in the use of engineering plant performance data to support condition-based maintenance decisions using Maintenance Engineering Library Server (MELS) Web based data repository.

We develop and implement equipment monitoring/analysis strategies to support Condition-based Operations and maintenance program for your enterprise applications.

Condition-based Operations

CBO uses integrated Operations and Maintenance (O&M) related information to anticipate and prevent unexpected failures of your critical equipment. You will make the best economic decisions by doing maintenance based upon actual equipment condition information and operational parameters. This will lead to lower maintenance costs, lower failures, and increased production.

Web-based Monitoring

EDS Center is a Web-based server that allows users to view and assess maintenance data remotely. This approach gives you the capability to monitor any part of your enterprise system to identify optimal system alignments and assess machinery health and plant operations, regardless of location.

Centralized Expert Diagnostic Technology and Reporting Solutions

ESRG, LLC will provide software products, database services and engineering services to automate data analysis and standardize routine reporting requirements. Our reporting tools include iPAR™, ePAR™, and P&D Engine™ products . These tools use machine performance data to present diagnostic information in an intuitive view for quick analysis. This information is also available to other applications through industry communication standards.

Machinery systems supported include:

  • Gas turbines
  • Generators
  • Diesel engines
  • Aircraft engines
  • Air conditioning plants
  • High, medium, & low-pressure air compressors
  • Refrigeration plants
  • Distillation and Reverse Osmosis Systems
  • Steam plant systems
  • Pumps and compressors

This technology and approach can support any mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic machinery or system.
